Job Summary

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Seafood Delivery Driver to perform local and regional delivery routes throughout Florida. This position involves driving a non-CDL delivery vehicle, handling perishable seafood products, and delivering directly to restaurant and foodservice customers. Candidates must have prior delivery driving experience in the state of Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company delivery van or box truck (non-CDL) on assigned routes

• Deliver fresh and frozen seafood to restaurants and foodservice accounts

• Load and unload product using hand trucks/carts on vehicles with and without lift gates

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Verify orders, collect signatures, and complete delivery documentation

• Maintain food safety, temperature control, and product integrity

• Communicate delivery issues or discrepancies to dispatch or management

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and delivery equipment

• Assist with warehouse loading, staging, and returns as needed

Preferred Experience

• Foodservice, seafood, meat, or perishable delivery experience

• Restaurant route delivery experience

• Warehouse or distribution center experience

• Experience using hand trucks or pallet jacks

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Early morning start times

• Standing, walking, bending, lifting throughout the shift

• Exposure to cold temperatures, wet conditions, and cleaning chemicals

• Indoor warehouse and outdoor delivery environments

Compensation & Schedule

• $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week

• Overtime available as required

• Schedule may vary based on delivery routes and volume
